GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE.- Making any reservation implies acceptance of these general conditions.
2. USER.- The person making the reservation must be of legal age and is responsible for the veracity of the information provided.
3. PREPAYMENT.- The system requests a payment of guarantee by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation is subject to acceptance of payment by the banking entity.
4. RESERVATION.- The reservation is complete when the user receives the reservation confirmation with its localisation number by email and we get the total amount of the Reservation. In case we can not proceed with total payment, the Reservation will be automatically Cancelled.
5. INFORMATION.- All information provided by the user is saved on a secure server, and we guarantee that this information shall be accessed exclusively by reservation staff, and only for purposes of the reservation and to communicate with the client in regards to future promotions and deals.
6. OCCUPANTS.- The guest may only lodge the maximum number of people as defined in the reservation confirmed and correctly registered in our system.
7. CLEANING.- The apartment shall be made available to the client duly clean. The client commits to leave the apartment reasonably clean, without rubbish or leftover food.
8. EQUIPMENT.- The client commits to leave the apartment in the same circumstances as they found it upon entering in terms of furniture and equipment preservation.
9. MODIFICATIONS.- We reserve the right to change the hired apartment for one with similar or better characteristics in the event of force majeure, such as occupation or defects suddenly occurring after the date of the reservation. These changes shall be at no cost to the client.
10. CANCELATION.- Cancellation Policy may change depending on the dates and rates you are looking for, please read carefully before confirming the Reservation as we offer two different Rates Conditions:
A - Standard Rate.- The amount paid will be fully refunded as long as the cancellation occurs 30 days before the arrival date. After this date, the client will not receive any refund, whatever the reason for such cancellation.
B - NON Refundable Rate.- This rate is totally NON Refundable and non modification can be made after confirmation is made and the client will not receive any refund, whatever the reason for such cancellation.
11. CHECK-IN.- Check in time must be confirmed in advance with the host, but ALWAYS after 15.00h and before 24.00h.
12. CHECK-OUT.- ALWAYS before 12.00h. As a Vacation Rental, we do not have luggage storage or Parking.
13. REGISTRATION.- Few days before your arrival, you will get an e-mail with a link where everyone must fill, once completed the check in online, we will be able to send you the access code from our Master Lock so you can get the keys from the apartment.
14. TAXES.- The operation is exempt from VAT under the provisions of article 20, section one, number 23, of Law 37/1992.
